Sleep with some natural light coming into the room. Then you wake to the sunlight instead of the alarm clock. Technology free hours – try no television, phones or computers. If you can do it for a day, then even better. Get some vitamin D - Get out into the sunshine for at least 15 minutes every day. Aromatherapy - It really works my friends.
